Memberships

Membership plans — creating them, what a plan unlocks, members, granting access, and the upgrade page.

Installations and plans

/memberships/installations — which of your sites sell memberships. /memberships — the plans on the selected site: name, price and period, level, and what it includes (pages by access level, courses, downloads, a credit allowance).

A plan is sold as a subscription product, so billing, renewal and lapsing are handled by the store. See Payments and checkout.

Members

The Members tab lists who holds which plan, since when, and until when. Lapsed subscriptions expire membership automatically.

Grant access

Grant gives a member a plan without payment — for staff, partners or a goodwill gesture — for a period you choose.

Upgrade page

/upgrade — the page members see to choose or change a plan. It is a layout you can edit.

Gating content

A page or URL with a service level requires a plan at that level or above; members without one are sent to the upgrade page. See Roles and permissions.
