Security: password, PIN and security question
Changing your password, setting a security PIN and a memorable question, and closing the account.
Password
/password — enter your current password and the new one twice. Sessions on other devices are not signed out automatically; sign out there if you think one is not yours.
Security PIN
/pin — a short numeric PIN asked for on sensitive actions such as withdrawals and changing payout wallets. Set it before you need it; a withdrawal cannot proceed without one.
Security question and answer
/security — a memorable question and answer. It is asked when you reset a forgotten password, so choose something only you would answer the same way every time.
Good practice
- Use a password you use nowhere else.
- Keep your default email address one you control and check.
- Give team members their own accounts and roles rather than sharing yours — see Your organisation.
- API tokens and integration keys are separate from your password; revoke them from their own pages if a device is lost. See MCP and API keys.
Closing your account
/close — confirms with your password, then closes the account. This cannot be undone from your side; contact support if it was a mistake.
