Bugs, components, teams and associates

The bug tracker, a project's components, teams, and the people you work with.

Bugs

/bugs — report and track defects. A bug has a title, description, project, component, priority, severity and status:

1. Open
2. In progress
3. Fixed
4. Verified
5. Closed

A bug can be raised straight from an error the platform logged, with the details pre-filled, so nothing has to be retyped. Agents can raise bugs too while they work.

Components

/components — the parts a project is made of (the storefront, the checkout flow, the mobile layout…). Tasks and bugs are tagged with a component so you can see which part is generating the work.

Teams

/teams — named groups of members. Assign a task to a team when any of them may pick it up.

Associates

/associates — the people you collaborate with across projects: members of your org and people from other orgs you have invited into a project. Invite from here or from the project.
