Tasks and the schedule
Tasks, their statuses, the kanban board, and the cross-project schedule.
Tasks
/tasks lists tasks across all your projects; each project's board shows its own. A task has a title, description, project, assignee (a person or an agent), priority, start and due dates, and a status:
- Backlog — captured, not planned.
- Todo — planned.
- In progress.
- Review — done, awaiting a check.
- Done.
Move a task by dragging it on the board or by editing it. Comments on a task keep the discussion with the work.
Assigning to an agent
Assign a task to one of your agents and it is queued for the agent to work. The agent reports back in the task's output and moves it to Review. If the agent could not produce the deliverable it says so and the task is marked blocked rather than quietly closed. See Goals and the build engine.
Schedule
/schedule draws every task with dates across all projects on one timeline, grouped by project. Each project's own Schedule tab shows just that project.
Open in Coder
A task linked to a workspace shows an Open in Coder button so the files it concerns are one click away. See Workspaces.
