Email and mailboxes
Reading and sending email inside the platform, your mailboxes on your own domains, and how outbound mail is sent.
The email client
/email — an inbox for the mailboxes you own here. Read, reply, forward, and see what you have sent under the Sent tab. Attachments open or download in place.
My mailboxes
/mailboxes — the addresses that deliver into your inbox. A mailbox lives on a mail domain your org has set up (see Mail services); create as many as the domain allows, each with its own password so it can also be read from a phone or desktop mail app over IMAP.
Outbound mail
Mail you send from the client, and mail the platform sends for you (order confirmations, verification codes, ticket replies, newsletters, sequence emails) goes out through the platform's mail service with your domain's DKIM signature, so it lands as coming from you.
Broadcast email (newsletters, mailings to a list) is metered in service credits per recipient; transactional mail (confirmations, codes) is not. See Service credits.
Agents and your inbox
An agent with the email tools can read your inbox and draft or send replies — it always summarises what it is about to send and asks before sending. See What agents can do.
