Where a customer finds their orders, downloads and licence keys.

/purchases — everything you have bought on KreaStack.

Orders

Each order with its date, items, total, status and the invoice. Shipped orders show their tracking where the store entered it.

Downloads

Digital products show their files with a Download button per file. A link allows a limited number of downloads for a limited time; if yours has expired, contact the store through the help centre and it can be reissued.

Licence keys

Software shows its licence key, what it is activated on, and its expiry.

Problems with an order

Open a support ticket from /help?ticket=new quoting the order number. Refunds and returns are handled by the store from there.
