Using a prompt

Open it and copy it, or pick it from the prompt picker where one is offered (agent chat, creator brief). Prompts belong to your org, so your team shares the library.

Prompts versus knowledge versus memory

A prompt is something you send. Knowledge is something an agent always has. Memory is something an agent has learned. See Memory and knowledge.
