Welcome to KreaStack

What the platform is, what one account gives you, and how the menu is organised.

KreaStack runs on a platform that gives one account everything needed to build and run an online business: websites, a store, email marketing, automation, courses, bookings, a community and a team of AI agents that can do the work with you.

One account, one organisation

You sign up once. Your account becomes the root of your organisation (org). Everything you create — sites, products, flows, agents, projects — belongs to the org, and you can invite other people into it with a role that says what they may do. See Your organisation.

The menu, section by section

The left-hand menu groups the platform by what you are doing:

  • Mission Control — your dashboard: what is happening, what needs you, quick actions.
  • Inbox — direct messages, notifications, email and your mailboxes.
  • Projects — projects, tasks, goals, bugs, teams, and the engine that lets agents build for you.
  • Studio — workspaces, the product creator, and the image, audio and video tools.
  • Agents — chat with your AI agents, manage them, connect channels, keep a prompt library.
  • Automation — flows, steps, travellers, journeys and the engine room.
  • APACS — prospect acquisition: opt-in forms, leads, prospects, lists and email sequences.
  • Websites Manager — hosted sites, domains, mail, pages, content blocks, data collections, themes, media, files and users.
  • Publisher and Newsletters — blogs, articles, the AI writer, and campaigns.
  • Webstore Manager — stores, products, orders, inventory, shipping, payments, customers.
  • Affiliate Programmes, Courses, Webinars, Bookings & Calendars.
  • API Keys & Integrations — service credits, your own provider keys, the MCP endpoint.
  • Social Media Manager, Marketplace, Directory, Ads, Research, Chatbots, Memberships, Community.
  • Support & Help Centres — this guide, the help centre, your tickets and your own knowledge base.

Not every section applies to every site. A section only appears when its feature is installed on the site you are using.

Where to start

  1. Create your account and verify it.
  2. Look around Mission Control.
  3. Read How the platform fits together — five minutes that make the rest of this guide make sense.
  4. Ask an agent. Every agent can read this guide, so "how do I add a product?" gets an answer with the page it came from.
