Your Butler
The assistant in the top bar of every members' page — ask how anything works, what to do next, or hand it your tasks, calendar and mail.
Every account has a Butler: an assistant that is one click away on every page of the members' area. Click the bow-tie icon in the top bar and a panel slides in from the right. It stays open while you move around, so you can follow its instructions as you go.
What it is for
- How does this work? Ask about the page you are on — "what do I do here?", "how do I publish this?", "where do I set the price?". The Butler knows which page you are looking at, reads the help pages written for it, and answers in a few sentences with a link to the full page and to the screen you need.
- Build something. "I need an app for…", "set up a store for…", "a course on…" — the Butler hands your brief to the Builder and gives you the link; the build conversation opens with your brief already sent.
- What next? Ask what to do next on a project, a site, a store or a campaign and it points you to the step.
- Your own things. It can list and create your tasks and support tickets, check your calendar and book slots, read and draft your mail, look things up on the web, and check your orders, products and flows. It always asks before it sends, books or creates anything.
Where it lives
- The panel — the bow-tie icon in the top bar, on every page. Escape or the × closes it; the conversation is kept, so it picks up where you left off.
- The full page — https://kreastack.com/agent opens the same conversation full-screen, with the rest of your agents in the selector. The expand icon in the panel takes you there.
- /agents — the Butler is one of your agents. You can rename it, change its model or adjust its tools there like any other; it stays your Butler.
What it knows
It answers "how do I" questions from the help pages on this site — the same pages at https://kreastack.com/help?guide — and says so when a topic is not covered rather than guessing. For anything it cannot answer, it offers to open a support ticket for you.
What it costs
Each reply is metered in service credits by the model and the tokens exchanged, unless you have connected your own key for the model's provider. See Service credits.
