How the platform fits together
The handful of ideas that everything else is built on — sites, pages, content, flows, agents, credits.
Five ideas explain almost every page in the menu.
1. A site is pages, URLs and content blocks
Every website you run here is made of three things. URLs decide what a path like /pricing does — show a page, run a flow, redirect, serve a file. Pages are layouts with named slots. Content blocks fill those slots. Chrome (header, footer) is a block that every page shares, so change it once and every page changes. Widgets — a product grid, a blog list, a booking form — are placed in content with a single tag. See Pages and URLs and Content blocks.
2. Anything that happens over time is a flow
Email sequences, checkout, registration, a lead nurture, a scheduled report — all are flows: steps on a canvas, joined by lines. A person or a piece of data moving through a flow is a traveller. Flows start from a web page, a form, a webhook, a schedule or an agent. See Flows.
3. People are leads, prospects and users
A lead is one form submission. A prospect is the person those submissions belong to. A user is a prospect who registered or bought. APACS, newsletters and the store all share this one model, so nobody is in two address books. See APACS overview.
4. Agents do the work through the same features you use
An AI agent has a persona, a model and a set of tools. The tools are the platform's own features — create a page, add a product, start a flow, book an appointment, save a record. Agents do not build things from scratch; they compose what is already here, and they read this guide when asked how something works. See What agents can do.
5. Credits pay for services, ownership decides access
AI calls, broadcast email and storage beyond the free allowance are metered in service credits (or free when you bring your own provider key). What you may open is decided by ownership — your org's things are yours — and by your role inside an org. See Service credits and Roles and permissions.
