Site users

The people registered on your site — finding them, their status and role, and what an admin can do.

/users — for site owners and admins: every account registered on the site.

The list

Search by name or email; filter by status (pending verification, active, suspended, closed). Open a user to see their profile, emails, addresses, orders, tickets and activity.

What you can change

• Status — suspend or reinstate an account.
• Role — a member of your org can be given a staff role here; see Roles and permissions.
• Verification — resend a verification email or verify by hand.
• Membership — grant or revoke a plan; see Memberships.

Members versus your org

Everyone who registers on your site is a user of the site. Only people you invite into your org (/org) can manage it. Registering does not give anyone management access.
