Media and files

The site's images and public files, downloadable files behind a login, and uploads.

Media

/media — the site's public images and assets: upload files, copy one in from a web address, make folders, rename, delete. Anything here has a public address you can use in pages, blocks, products and emails.

Downloadable files

/files — files served through the site rather than from a public address, so access can be checked: a member-only PDF, a purchased download. Upload here, then attach to a product, a course lesson or a members page.

Uploads on pages

Forms on your pages (a data-collection form with a file field, the ticket form, profile media) store their uploads under the site as well.

Storage

Storage above the site's free allowance is metered nightly in service credits; you are warned before uploads are blocked. See Service credits.

The media library

Your org's generated and uploaded media across all sites is in the Studio's media library.
